Welcome to Collaborative Minds Consulting!

I’m Christina, a neurodiversity affirming Speech-Language Pathologist with over 25 years of experience in special education. My work focuses on supporting professionals and families in understanding communication, behavior, and neurodiversity through connection-based, affirming approaches.

I specialize in helping teams and caregivers reframe behavior as communication, understand sensory regulation, and implement neurodiversity-affirming practices that empower both children and the adults who support them.

Through coaching, professional development, and collaborative consultation, I help schools, agencies, and families create environments where every child can thrive and communicate authentically.
